Hello Everyone,
My doesn't time fly by, sorry I haven't posted anything lately, but time has just passed me by. Our daughter and her fiance have returned home after eight years away, and that has taken up a lot of my time, just catching up and teaching Emily to stamp.
Emily is going to be making all her wedding invites, place cards etc. She has picked her colours and had a few test runs, and is ready to go.
News about Stampin' Up!. They have put out their retiring stamps and accessories list. Here is the link.
http://www3.stampinup.com/au/documents/RetiredList_0309_AUNZ_Alph.pdfProducts are disappearing fast, so get in quick and let me know your order asap so not to be disappointed.
I have had a sneak Peak at a few new products, and stamp sets, you will not be disappointed. If you would like a 2009-2010 catalogue contact me and I will put your name on one, and get it to you as soon as I get them.
Here are a few cards that my daughter created, not bad for her first ever effort.

The above card is straight out of the 2008-2009 catalogue, just changing the colour scheme.

This next card is totally created by Emily. She chose elegant eggplant, basic grey, almost amethyst and whisper white cardstock.
Stamp set: Level 2 hostess gift set Cause for Celebration and Together Forever.
Accessories: Cuttlebug and organza ribbon.

Her last card is a classic style.
Cardstock : basic grey, basic black, whisper white
Stamps: Leaves a la Carte jumbe wheel, taggers dozen
Ink: Basic black
Accessories: organza ribbon SU retired stock.
All card have been given to friends, and she proudly stamped her name on the back.
So to all beginners, stamping is fun, and enjoyed by all ages.
Happy Stamping
Cheryl
