Freddy - Stampin' Up! Layout.

It has finally rained in the Mallee, so that gives me a excuse to play in my making room. I absolutely love the messy background look, and very pleased with the way this page turned out. I have used all Stampin' Up! Products, and sneaked in a couple of retired products. The shimmer smooch and a couple of washi tapes.
I mixed up some early espresso re-inker with a little alcohol/water and spritzed onto very vanilla card stock. Then mixed both soft suede and crumb cake with aqua painter, and put on. Used heat tool to quicken the drying process. Spritzed on some crushed curry. Layered different stencils and used soft suede and crushed curry ink to sponge over. Used Work of Art stamp set and stamped the chevron imagine, then words came from project life stamp set Remember This. Layered very vanilla onto 12. X. 12 early espresso card stock, and layered photo also on early espresso card stock . Spritzed the entire page with the vanilla shimmer smooch, and added some metallic sequences. Added the little banner using washi tape and the metallic gold twine.
Freddy you little star.
Hope this inspires you to have a go.

Endless Birthday Wishes Card Class - Stampin' Up!

So very happy with how these cards finished up. Stampin' Up! Created this class for us so it was so easy to hold a class. I added a little twist to these cards just to step them up a bit, and very happy with them. Added the limited stamp #imbringingbirthdaysback , and this helped me with a challenge that Sara Douglas CEO of Stampin' Up! set for us. #6monthstampingoal to hold one extra event each month for 6 months, so this is my first.
Added some embossing with the small stars folder, and created a front for the card.
Added embossing with the large polka dots, and made a extra front.
Added embossing with small dots and also an extra front.
Embossed the extra front piece with the chevron embossing folder.
I'm hold this class tomorrow, so the lucky guests booked in will enjoy a great couple of hours creating their very own. If you are interested in doing this class, contact me, and I can arrange another class.

Spotlight on shaker cards with STAMPIN' UP! Products.

Hi Everyone, I had a small challenge this week, I presented at the On Stage event in Sydney. I was a little (ok a lot) out of my comfort zone, but got through, and came out the other side reasonable unscathed. I would like to share with you the samples that I created to share with everyone. I got many ideas off Pinterest, and changed them a little to put a spotlight on the shaker cards. I had not made shaker cards before, but very glad I can say, I absolutely love them. So if you haven't yet ventured that way, go for it, you will love them. I extended them a little, as I love to scrap, and created pages with a shaker.
