Stamps for your Scrap Booking Layouts - Stampin' Up!

Back again, here are the wonderful layouts that everyone completed in my recent Scrap Booking Class.

This first one is Linda's pages, with her gorgeous little grandson playing at the park.

Sue has scrapped her handsome big grandson out fishing for her first layout, and Beautiful little Amelia (grand-daughter) with her daughter Fi. So sweet.

Bev and Adele high lighted Adele's birthday and still looking for photo's for their second one.

Noleen show cased her talented grand-daughter at her dance concert.

Carol was very proud of her grand-daughter who has recently done her deb, and they look great.

So many different photos and subjects, but the same layout looks great. Thanks ladies for a lovely afternoon scrapping with you.

Scrap Class - Stampin' Up!

These are my pages from a recent scrap class. I love the simplicity of them, and got these ideas off the net, (magical scrapworld for one, not sure of the other). Thank you.

These layouts lend to any of your photos, and all you need to do is change your ink colours and Designer Series Papers.

My first layout is of Jordi celebrating her 7th birthday with her sister Colbie.

Stamp Set : - Playful Backgrounds, Work of Art, Endless Birthday Wishes

Card Stock - 12  x  12 Whisper White, Mint Macaroon, Calypso Coral, Night of Navy, So Saffron and Designer Series Paper scraps.

Ink - Mint Macaroon, Calypso Coral, So Saffron, Night of Navy

Accessories - Sunshine Wishes Thinlits, Big Shot, Sequins.

This layout is Jordi checking out her cake.  How simply is this layout and so effective. Only took minutes to create and that's what you want when you have lots of pages and no time to spare.

Card Stock - 12  x  12  Whisper White cardstock and scraps
Ink - Mellow Mambo, Mint Macaroon, Night of Navy

Black Magic Technique Scrap layouts - Stampin' Up!

A great day enjoyed by wonderful ladies, learning the black magic technique. I did this technique on a card and thought why not try a scrap layout using the same idea. This was a great way to try out our new water colour pencils as well. They were a hit. This is very easy, with great effect.

This was one of my samples, using night photos.

This layout was created by Linda, using colours calypso coral and Tempting  torquoise , super cute.

Sue's layout looks stunning using colours, real red, daffodil delight and pumpkin pie.

Noleen's with the vibrant real red, garden green, and choc chip. Looking forward to seeing it with the photo's.

This looks great Bermuda bay and daffodil delight, looks speculation in real life. Great job Bev.

Janet used pacific point, daffodil delight and elegant eggplant, it was dazzling. Looking forward to seeing the photo's as well.

We used a couple of different stamp sets, Tmeless textures and Gorgeous Grunge, were the most popular amongst the ladies. Whisper White craft ink a must and the white chalk marker. Our new water colour pencils were given a great work out, and everyone loved them.

Have a go at this technique either with a card or scrap layout, you will be happy with the result.

Summer time Fun - Stampin' Up!

Having a little fun with the back ground for this layout. Lola is enjoying swimming at Nan and Pop's whilst we celebrated Christmas with all her cousin's.

Back ground was created by first spritzing Whisper White 12 x 12 page with water, then adding ink with a aqua painter, brushing it all over. Keep applying ink until you get the desired colour. I then used star decorative templates, and sponged ink over them. Stamped with Timeless textures. Punched out a couple of stars and sponged them and added as well. Stamping and adding a few beach toys, that I coloured and put fine tip glue on them (let them dry over night) and this gives them a shiny look.

Stamp Sets:- Timeless Textures, Day at the Beach, Layered Letters Alphabet, Suite Sentiments
Card Stock:- Whisper White 12 x 12, Wisteria Wonder
Ink:- Tempting Turquoise, Wisteria Wonder, Pool Party, Basic Grey, Daffodil Delight
Accessories:- Star punch, Fine tip glue pen.

Simply Scrap Layout - Stampin' Up!

Just love these photo's of our 7 year old grand daughter Jordi. She is such a sweety, showing off her new little athletics shorts. Those little legs can run and run, but she can really do the long jump and loves it.

This is a very simple layout, using our Designer Series Papers, and matching with our inks, and using our alphabet stamps to create the title.

Black Magic Technique - Stampin' Up!

Happy Birthday Nan. Celebrating my birthday with the little Patterson's. I came across these photos yesterday, and thought that the technique black magic would be great for them. Great to get out our new water colour pencils, and chalk marker. I also love the whisper white craft ink and don't use it enough.

Greeting cards for Swan Hill Hospice

A great day had today, creating many cards for our local Swan Hill Hospice. Many local girls have donated many lovely cards to this great cause, so that soon we will be able to have our own hospice in our district. Our cards will go on sale at the end of this week at the new Swan Hill Health Medical Clinic. Thanks to Gail and Co for allowing this happen. All cards are $4.00 each and all monies go to the hospice. Please support this cause either by purchasing your greeting cards from us, or if you would like to create some cards to donate toward our cause this would be very much appreciated.
