Faux Linen Technique - PostiveThoughts

Hello stampers,

Today I would like to share with you this amazing technique, Faux Line. It is an old technique but simple and very effective. I have created this card, after I received a gorgeous card from my Upline Pam Jorgenson. So I thought I would just add the faux linen to the background, change up the colours, and this is what I came up with.

The products I have used are all Stampin' Up! products, with the exception of the tissue paper.
Stamp Sets - Positive Thoughts 151490 and Very Versailles 149275
Card Stock - Sahara Sand, Blackberry Bliss, Night of Navy and whisper White.
Ink - Sahara Sand, Blackberry Bliss, Rococa rose
Accessories - Tissue Paper, Natures Thoughts Dies, 1/4" seam binding ribbon, Silver thread.

What a beautiful day, woken to clear sky and sunshine. Covid19 has dampened everyone and pushed lots of us to do things we never would of, including me. I have commenced online classes, and just completed my very first one, with great feedback. So I have joined with Pam Jorgenson for my 2nd online class. First Frost Birthday Card

Today's card is from an older set, still gorgeous and current. It's call First Frost 148913 and has lovely dies that compliment it. Frosed Bouquet Dies 147895.

Ornate Style with Orante Borders

A simple card that looks great, using the new Ornate supplies. This is a basic gate fold card and I have used the dies on both gate folds to give it a stunning look. Attached a belly band, that easily slips of to read. Attached a greeting to the front.
